1. Introduction

Welcome to Renvy ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Renvy applications, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Renvy is an AI-powered visualization tool that allows users to upload photos and apply various styles and transformations using artificial intelligence. This includes home and landscape design visualization, product photography, furniture staging, and other image generation features available across the Renvy family of apps.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Upload Rights & Authorized Use

Authorized Use Only: By uploading any photo, image, or reference material to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to use that content with Renvy and to generate derivative outputs from it.

  • Property Images: If you upload a photo of a property (interior or exterior), you are the legal owner of the property or have obtained express permission from the owner to generate and store visualizations of that property.
  • Product and Commercial Images: If you upload photos of products, clothing, furniture, packaging, branded materials, or other commercial assets, you have the right to use those materials for visualization, marketing, listing, or creative generation purposes.
  • People and Likenesses: If an uploaded image includes an identifiable person, you have obtained any required consent, model release, or other permission needed to use that person's likeness.
  • Third-Party Rights: You will not upload content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other proprietary rights.

Do not upload private homes, third-party listing photos, branded assets, or images containing identifiable people unless you are authorized to do so.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate:

  • Images of private individuals without their consent.
  • Deceptive content (e.g., faking property damage for insurance fraud).
  • Content intended to mislead buyers or customers about the true nature, condition, or appearance of a product or property.
  • Content that is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

All images generated by Renvy are created by Artificial Intelligence and are for conceptual visualization and inspiration purposes only. AI can make mistakes, and generated images may not accurately represent real-world colors, materials, textures, dimensions, or proportions.

General

  • Accuracy Not Guaranteed: AI-generated images are approximations and may contain errors, artifacts, or unrealistic details.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use any generated images, including in any commercial, marketing, or listing context.
  • Liability: Renvy is not responsible for any financial loss, reputational harm, or legal issues arising from your use of generated images.

Home & Property Design

  • Not Construction Plans: Generated images are NOT architectural blueprints, engineering plans, or structural drawings.
  • No Structural Intelligence: The AI does not understand structural engineering concepts such as load-bearing walls, plumbing lines, or electrical layouts.
  • Professional Consultation Required: You must consult with a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor before making any physical changes to a property.

Product Photography & Commercial Use

  • Not a True Representation: AI-generated product images may alter the appearance of colors, fit, scale, or materials. They should not be relied upon as the sole accurate depiction of a product.
  • Seller Responsibility: If you use generated images in product listings or marketing materials, you are responsible for ensuring they do not mislead buyers about the actual product being sold.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable consumer protection laws and marketplace policies regarding product imagery in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to process that content.
  • Service Content: The Service itself, including its code, design, and graphics, is the property of Renvy and is protected by copyright laws.
  • AI-Generated Designs: The copyright status of AI-generated outputs is currently evolving. Renvy makes no claim of ownership over the generated designs, but we also do not guarantee that you will be able to claim legal copyright over them in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated outputs complies with applicable intellectual property, publicity, advertising, and consumer protection laws.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: Payments for subscriptions currently available through the apps are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through the applicable platform account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in Prohibited Conduct.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
