1. Introduction

Welcome to Renvy ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the Renvy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Renvy is an AI-powered design visualization tool that allows users to upload photos of spaces and apply various design styles using artificial intelligence.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Property Rights & Exterior Photos

Authorized Use Only: By uploading a photo of a property (interior or exterior), you warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the property; OR
  • You have obtained express permission from the owner to generate and store visualizations of that property.

Do not upload photos of private homes or spaces where you do not have authorization.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to generate:

  • Images of private individuals without their consent.
  • Deceptive content (e.g., faking property damage for insurance fraud).
  • Content that is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. AI Limitations & Professional Advice Disclaimer

The designs generated by Renvy are created by Artificial Intelligence and are for conceptual visualization and inspiration purposes only.

  • Not Construction Plans: The generated images are NOT architectural blueprints, engineering plans, or structural drawings.
  • No Structural Intelligence: The AI does not understand structural engineering concepts such as load-bearing walls, plumbing lines, or electrical layouts.
  • Professional Consultation Required: You must consult with a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor before making any physical changes to a property.
  • Liability: Renvy is not responsible for any structural damage, financial loss, code violations, or legal issues arising from the use of these images in real-world construction.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing the Service.
  • App Content: The App itself, including its code, design, and graphics, is the property of Renvy and is protected by copyright laws.
  • AI-Generated Designs: The copyright status of AI-generated outputs is currently evolving. Renvy makes no claim of ownership over the generated designs, but we also do not guarantee that you will be able to claim legal copyright over them in your jurisdiction.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in Prohibited Conduct.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
